ScrollStop AI ("we", "us") provides an AI tool that generates marketing content for short-form video. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Generation limits reset monthly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-generated content
Content is generated by AI and provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use, and for ensuring it complies with TikTok's policies, advertising law, and any claims you make about your products. We do not guarantee specific results.
6. Refunds
If you're not happy, contact us and we'll review refund requests in good faith. Statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
